Shipping
Products are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday.  Delivery will be attempted three times, then the courier will leave a notice at the recipient’s address. The recipient may not request a specific day or time for the delivery. Reveyé srl will not be held responsible for any failure by the courier company to complete timely delivery.In case of deliveries to receptions (signed for by the receptionist), Reveyé will not be held responsible for the package arriving at the final recipient. At this stage the delivery is for Italy only but we recommend you to contact us at: customerservice@reveye.it  since we are looking at extending the list of countries that we deliver to. At the time of the order confirmation, we will inform you on the estimated time of delivery. You will also be able to check the status of your shipment on line. At the time of delivery the Client shall be required to check:
  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number shown on the delivery note;
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or wet or spoiled, including with reference to the materials used for sealing (adhesive tape or metallic strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or any lack of correspondence in the number of packages or the details, must be notified immediately by indicating the nature of the problem on the delivery note for the product, which shall be returned to the carrier.Any problems with reference to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the goods received must be notified within 14 days upon delivery, in accordance with the methods set out in this document.Shipping costsShipping costs depend on the destination and the weight/volume of the package. Delivery cost for Italy is 10 Euros. Delivery for Sicily and Sardinia is 15 Euros Delivery TimesOrders are dispatched and delivered 15 working days following receipt and payment of your order. Delivery of your order may be delayed due to the product(s) being temporarily unavailable; failure by the courier company to complete timely delivery; unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances; or due to public holidays.In the case of payment by credit card or PayPal, your order may be delayed if the payment is not authorized or if there are insufficient funds. If you have not received your order after 15 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), please contact Customer Services at customerservice@reveye.itThe lead times for delivery indicated by Reveyé are merely indicative and a delay to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent split consignments shall not entitle the Client to refuse the delivery or request compensation or indemnity.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product or may you need a different size or want to change item you can return within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receiving the products.The goods must be returned intact, complete in all their parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and packaging), having been kept and used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their condition, features and size, in accordance with normal diligence, there being no signs of wear or dirt and in compliance with the following conditions:In order to return the product just follow these simple steps:
  • Inform us via e-mail about your decision at : customerservice@reveye.it
  • You will then receive the instruction for returning the product, the courier will come and pick up the package to the delivery address or to the address you will chose for the pick up.
  • Reveyé shall arrange to refund the Client for the whole paid amount, by transferring the debited amount, via the same payment method used by the Client for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping costs won’t be refunded
  • Return costs will be on charge of Reveyé in case of a change in size or article.
The shipping will be under the client responsibility until Reveyé receive it in its warehouse.The Client shall forfeit the right to cancel should Reveyé discover any of the following:
  • that the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
  • that the product is without its external package and or the original internal packaging;
  • that the product is missing some of its integral parts and/or accessories (for eg., fastenings, ties, buckles, etc.);
  • that the product is missing the security tag.
Should the right to cancel be forfeited, Reveyé shall arrange to return the purchased product to the sender, debiting the shipping costs from the same and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
